Train in kata-aerobics for an enjoyable workout tailored to men and women of all ages. Training is modified for high, medium or low impact and is performed to a music tempo. Each routine is part of a karate movement “kata”. The student not only benefits from the aerobics workout but also learns some simple and useful self-defense techniques.
Seniors are especially welcomed, as staying active in your later years promotes a healthy life style.
